I placed an order but haven’t received an order confirmation email?

I still haven’t received my tracking number?
We ship orders every weekday, Monday through Friday, before 3 PM. If you placed your order after 3 PM, it will be fulfilled and shipped the next business day. Orders placed on Friday evenings or weekends will be shipped on Monday.
How long will it take to receive my order?
USPS Ground Advantage takes 2-5 business days, and USPS Priority Mail is 2-3 business days.
What days do you ship orders?
We ship orders Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.
Can I add, change, or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders are processed quickly, so if you need to make a change or cancellation, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. You can reach us through the Contact Us page.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, we’ll send you an email with the tracking number. Click on the tracking number link to view your order’s status and estimated delivery date on the USPS website.
What’s your response time?
We strive to respond to all emails as quickly as possible, typically within 24 hours.
Do you offer free samples?
Unfortunately, we do not offer free samples at this time.
My card keeps getting declined at checkout?
This may be due to an incorrect billing address. Please ensure that the billing address you enter matches what your bank has on file, as mismatches can trigger fraud alerts and decline the transaction.
