We ship orders every weekday, Monday through Friday, before 3 PM. If you placed your order after 3 PM, it will be fulfilled and shipped the next business day. Orders placed on Friday evenings or weekends will be shipped on Monday.
USPS Ground Advantage takes 2-5 business days, and USPS Priority Mail is 2-3 business days.
We ship orders Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.

Once your order has shipped, we’ll send you an email with the tracking number. Click on the tracking number link to view your order’s status and estimated delivery date on the USPS website.

Unfortunately, we do not offer free samples at this time.
This may be due to an incorrect billing address. Please ensure that the billing address you enter matches what your bank has on file, as mismatches can trigger fraud alerts and decline the transaction.
